We thoroughly examine your current distribution relationships and goals
and develop a distribution channel management strategy that encompasses
and merges both online and offline worlds.
The process typically includes reviewing your existing distribution plan,
agreements, relationships and correspondence. We may interview senior
personnel in sales, marketing, distribution and IT and a cross section
of your distributors and retailers to identify what channel conflict issues
exist and discuss possible solutions. Finally we present our concepts
for various distribution channels and a top level view as to how we believe
they should be approached.
Our findings from this research will be used in conjunction with our knowledge
from several industries to develop a Distribution Strategy. Changes will
be made after final review as appropriate and a final recommendation is
submitted.
