Nature Vision to Launch Dealer Revenue Sharing eCommerce Website BRAINERD, MN, May 21, 2007 — Nature Vision, Inc. (NASDAQ: NRVN) announced that a redesigned company website will enable them to sell their products at naturevisioninc.com and share online sales revenue with their distributors and dealers. The website will employ a technology developed by Reshare Corporation of Minneapolis, MN, whose patented Distribution Relationship Management® software allows brand manufacturers to sell their products via their websites and “re-share” online sales revenue with valued channel partners. “Nature Vision was started as a technology driven company,” said Jeffrey Zernov, chief executive officer of Nature Vision. “It is natural for us to be the first in the industry to use technology to share Internet sales revenue with our distributors and dealers.” Scheduled to launch by September 1st, consumers who elect to shop at naturevisioninc.com will be prompted to select their “dealer of choice” upon checkout.
