Mike Spano - Vice President, Hair Systems Mike Spano, Vice President of Sales and Marketing for Hair Systems, leads Hair Systems' Sales and Marketing efforts as well as overseeing the IT function. Prior to coming to Hair Systems, Mike was the Vice President of Business Development for Reshare Corporation. However he spent the larger part of his career with the Beauty and Barber Supply Institute (BBSI) and was the association's Executive Director for the last three years of his ten year stint. Spano brings senior executive
level experience carrying out the vision of the BBSI Board of Directors
and developing strategic direction for the organization. Mike grew BBSI
from 10 staff and $2,500,000 to 24 staff and $7,300,000, recruited the
majority of the company's executives and lobbied Congress and Senate to
enact Anti tampering legislation. Mike brings a myriad of industry connections
with solid management and development abilities to Hair Systems.
