John Heffner - President/CEO - Creative Nail Design John Heffner has a resume that includes multifaceted experience at premier companies, Procter & Gamble, Chesebrough-Ponds and CND. From 1984 to 1989 John honed his sales skills in the beauty care division of P&G as Sales Representative, District Field Representative and Unit Manager, primarily in the Southwestern US. From 1989 to 1996 John was exposed to the trade marketing and operations sides of the business in a variety of positions with Unilever's Chesebrough-Ponds. John was instrumental in the launch of Mentadent toothpaste as well as establishing effective customer management procedures and category management initiatives. In January of 1997, John joined CND as VP of Sales & Marketing and since then has played an integral part in reinforcing Creative's leadership position in professional nail care. In January of 1999, John was promoted to General Manager, was named President in March 2000, and was appointed as Chief Executive Officer in July 2005. In addition to his responsibilities at CND, John also serves as the Chairman of the Governance Board for the Professional Beauty Association. John, his wife Kristine and
sons Andrew and Christopher reside in Carlsbad, California. .
