Al Dittrich Al brings to Reshare a wealth of marketing, merchandising and retail corporate experience. His key strengths are building and mentoring teams, development and implementation of new ideas, identifying emerging trend opportunities and improving margins and profits. Mr. Dittrich has over twenty-eight years of retail experience. His eight year tenure at Gander Mountain as Executive Vice President of Marketing & Merchandising resulted in tripling the number of stores and increasing sales 500%! His background also includes twenty-one years at Target Corporation Department Store Division with nine years as Senior Vice President of Merchandising. Al’s impressive and extensive knowledge in the apparel and outdoor industries will lead Reshare to the next level of success. Al graduated with a Bachelor of Science from Winona University in Minnesota. He and his family reside in Champlin, MN. He is active in his community and church as well as mentoring youths through his local athletic association.
